2. 이용 자격과 계정

서비스는 Google 계정으로 로그인해 이용하며, 별도 회원가입은 없습니다. 계정과 장치의 접근 정보를 안전하게 관리할 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다. 다른 사람이 이용자의 계정이나 장치에 접근하지 못하도록 관리해 주세요.

3. 데이터 소유와 촬영 대상 고지 책임

• 장치가 만든 사진·기록은 이용자 본인의 Google Drive에 저장되며, 그 데이터의 소유권은 이용자에게 있습니다.
• 카메라가 촬영하는 사람(가족, 돌봄 대상자, 직원, 방문객 등)에게 촬영 사실을 알리고 필요한 동의를 받을 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
• 이용자는 촬영과 개인정보 처리에 관한 관련 법령을 지켜야 합니다.

4. 긴급 상황 안내

서비스는 돌봄과 안전 확인을 돕는 보조 도구이며, 응급 서비스나 의료 기기를 대신하지 않습니다. 감지 결과와 알림이 항상 정확하거나 즉시 전달된다고 보장하지 않습니다. 위급한 상황이 의심되면 서비스 알림을 기다리지 말고 즉시 119에 연락하세요.

5. 서비스 변경

SigZenA Inc.는 기능 개선, 운영상 필요, 외부 서비스(Google 등)의 정책 변경에 따라 서비스의 일부 또는 전부를 바꾸거나 중단할 수 있습니다. 이용자에게 큰 영향을 주는 변경은 이 사이트를 통해 알립니다.

6. 보증 부인과 책임 제한

서비스는 현재 상태 그대로 제공되며, 특정 목적에의 적합성이나 오류·중단 없는 동작을 보증하지 않습니다. 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 SigZenA Inc.는 서비스 이용 또는 이용 불능으로 생긴 간접적·부수적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 이용자가 Google Drive에 저장한 데이터의 보관·백업은 이용자와 Google 사이의 약정에 따릅니다.

7. 이용 종료

이용자는 언제든 서비스 사용을 멈출 수 있습니다. 장치에서 연결을 끊고 Google 계정 설정에서 앱 접근 권한을 해제하면 됩니다. 이용자가 이 약관을 어기거나 다른 사람에게 피해를 주는 방식으로 쓰면 SigZenA Inc.는 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다. 데이터 삭제 방법은 개인정보처리방침을 확인해 주세요.

8. 준거법

이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되고 적용됩니다.

1. The Service

interAlertApp is a web viewer for event photos and records detected by an ImgSigZenA device. ImgSigZenA is software that analyzes camera video on a small device such as a Raspberry Pi and saves detected event photos and records to your own Google Drive. Video analysis takes place on the device.

2. Eligibility and Account

You sign in with a Google account; there is no separate sign-up. You are responsible for keeping your account and device credentials secure and for preventing others from accessing them.

3. Your Data and Notice to People Being Filmed

• Photos and records created by the device are stored in your own Google Drive. You own that data.
• You are responsible for informing the people your camera records (family members, care recipients, employees, visitors) and obtaining any required consent.
• You must comply with all laws that apply to filming and personal data.

4. Emergencies

The Service is a supporting tool for care and safety checks. It is not an emergency service or a medical device, and we do not guarantee that detections or alerts are always accurate or timely. If you suspect an emergency, do not wait for an alert. Call 119 immediately.

5. Changes to the Service

SigZenA Inc. may change or discontinue all or part of the Service for improvements, operational reasons, or changes in third-party policies such as Google's. We will announce significant changes on this website.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or of uninterrupted, error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, SigZenA Inc. is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service. Storage and backup of data in your Google Drive are governed by your agreement with Google.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your device and revoking the app's access in your Google account settings. SigZenA Inc. may restrict use if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms others. See the Privacy Policy for how to delete data.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
